What we collect
We collect only what you send us. That means your name, your work email, your organization, and whatever you write in a message or a waitlist form. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website.
What we do not collect
We do not collect patient health information through this website. The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored anywhere.
Why we hold it
We hold it to answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and our hosting provider see it, as part of delivering the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep it only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given for.
Your rights under PIPEDA
You may ask us what we hold about you. You may ask us to correct it. You may ask us to delete it. Email info@iqspark.ca and we will respond.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and date the change.
